Due to the nature of digital content and exclusive access products, please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.


Digital Products & Vault Access

All purchases relating to:

  • Vault access
  • Digital downloads
  • Exclusive galleries
  • Memberships
  • Online content access

are considered non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been delivered.

This is because digital products cannot be “returned” once viewed or downloaded.

Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Physical Prints

If you receive:

  • a damaged item
  • incorrect item
  • or faulty print

please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • photographs of the issue

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • replacement
  • exchange
  • or refund

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal services
  • customs processing
  • incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer

However, we will always do our best to assist where possible.


Personalised / Signed Items

Signed or personalised products are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.


Duplicate Purchases

Accidental duplicate purchases may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if this occurs.


Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to refuse refunds or revoke access where fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is identified.
